Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@oddindustry.com and we'll investigate as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oddindustry.com. We'll do our best to cancel before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been fulfilled. EU customers also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy for details.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Odd Industry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
